What do you do at Marineland?
I get the privilege of working with some of the best people in the business. As general manager, I supervise all daily activities, customer service, purchase orders, sales, promotional activity, parts, and overall facility maintenance.
What is your favorite part about working at Marineland?
The staff at Marineland is my second family. The people that work here are knowledgeable and passionate, and what's better than working with people that you actually like and care about?
What are you passionate about? Hobbies, interests, sports..?
I enjoy and participate in sports because I like the competition and enjoy the friendship. Currently, my time off includes remodeling a 1900's farmhouse. It's peaceful, quiet, and relaxing and something I always wanted to do, but I also like to be spontaneous and jump in the car for a road trip with no particular destination. You never know what you might see, or do, or who you might meet.

What do you do at Marineland?
Everything but sell the boats. As fixed operations manager, I oversee all service and shop activities, including assembly, maintenance, and repair of all new and used products.
What is your favorite part about working at Marineland?
Learning about new technology on the market. In this industry, everything is constantly changing, and I like to stay on top of what's cutting edge. I also enjoy testing the new boats and motors that come in.
What are you passionate about? Hobbies, interests, sports..?
My family owns a local transmission shop, so I grew up working on cars, boats, and ATVs. I also am a competitive race car driver and love spending time with my kids. I also love to fish and golf.

Lacy is the Finance and Insurance Director, where she brings together her strengths in organization, strategy, and customer service to guide clients through important financial decisions.
Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband of 24 years, Kenny—whether they’re fishing, hiking in nature, or relaxing at home with their two cherished dogs, Rusty and Lily.
Her faith in Jesus is the cornerstone of her life and influences every aspect of who she is and what she does. She is currently pursuing her TEFL certification with the goal of teaching English both abroad and locally. In the near future, she plans to begin offering English lessons at her church as a way to serve her community and share God’s love through education.
Her long-term dream is to retire in Thailand with Kenny and their dogs, embracing a life filled with adventure, simplicity, and purpose.

What do you do at Marineland?
I am service technician, and provide service and support to customers that bring in their own vessels, or purchase from us. I am hands on in product installation, boat repair, maintanance and product testing.
What is your favorite part about working at Marineland?
Fixing boats. At Marineland, we are presented with unique situations, repairs and errors all the time. I getting to the root of a problem and finding answers for customers whenever I have the opportunity.
What are you passionate about? Hobbies, interests, sports..?
Fishing, hunting and woodworking are my top three hobbies. Give me the great outdoors over sitting around indoors any day of the week!

What do you do at Marineland?
I do a little bit of everything! — From working on the boats that need service, to rigging new units and preparing them for sale, to working behind the parts counter and helping customers find the parts they need. If it has to do with the mechanical side of boating, you name it, I do it!
What is your favorite part about working at Marineland?
My favorite part would have to be working with the people here, we always have a good time while we work and it makes the job fun.
What are you passionate about? Hobbies, interests, sports..?
I’m mainly interested in boating. In my free time, my favorite place to be is out on the water. My dad and I both have boats that we share and use all the time -- He has a Nauticstar and a couple of Jon boats, and I have my own Jon boat too. We love fishing, tubing, kneeboarding, and pretty much anything else we can do to be out on the lake!

What is your favorite part about working at Marineland?
The people! I'm a big people person, and everybody here is very friendly, and there is definitely a team cohesion you can feel. Everybody here is a team player, and we're all willing to help each other out.
What are you passionate about? Hobbies, interests, sports..?
I'm passionate about anything you can do outdoors! -- Hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, etc. I also have a lot of other interests and hobbies...I do custom wood engraving, design tattoos, finish antique guns, build ARs, and I am also passionate about studying my genealogy and tracing my family's history.

What do you do at Marineland?
I clean the boats and prepare them for sale. I also help with the upkeep of the displays outside and on the showroom floor. I also help with the maintenance of the property; whatever I can do so that the dealership looks it's best!
What is your favorite part about working at Marineland?
Everything! I like spending time outside and working with my hands to keep the boats and grounds clean; it's very satisfying work. There is always more to learn, too, and I really love to learn.

I like to play sports of all kinds, and in my free time I usually watch football and basketball.
