Hi, my name is Steve, and I’ve been with Marineland Boating Center for more than 20 years. As General Manager, I have the privilege of working alongside some of the best people in the business while overseeing all daily operations—customer service, purchase orders, sales, promotions, parts, and overall facility maintenance.
The staff here is like my second family. Everyone is knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely enjoyable to work with—and that makes coming to work every day something I truly value.
Outside of work, I enjoy sports for both the competition and the friendships they bring. In my free time, I’m currently remodeling a 1900s farmhouse, a peaceful and rewarding project I’ve always wanted to tackle. I also love spontaneous road trips with no set destination—you never know what sights, experiences, or people you might encounter along the way.

Hi, my name is T.J. and I’ve been with Marineland Boating Center for more than 22 years. As Fixed Operations Manager, I oversee all service and shop activities, including assembly, maintenance, and repair of all new and used products—basically everything but selling the boats.
What I enjoy most about my job is staying on top of the latest technology in the boating industry. Things are always changing, and I like keeping up with what’s cutting edge. Plus, I get to test out the new boats and motors that come in, which is always a highlight.
I grew up working on cars, boats, and ATVs at my family’s transmission shop, so hands-on work is second nature to me. Outside of work, I’m a competitive race car driver, I love spending time with my kids, and I’m always up for a good day of fishing or golf.

Hi, my name is Lacy, and I’m the Finance and Insurance Director here at Marineland Boating Center. I combine my strengths in organization, strategy, and customer service to help guide clients through important financial decisions with confidence.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband of 24 years, Kenny—whether we’re fishing, hiking, or just relaxing at home with our two dogs, Rusty and Lily. My faith in Jesus is the cornerstone of my life, shaping who I am and how I serve others. I’m currently pursuing my TEFL certification so I can teach English both abroad and locally, with plans to begin offering English lessons at my church soon. One day, Kenny and I dream of retiring in Thailand with our dogs, living a life filled with adventure, simplicity, and purpose.

Hi, my name is Kyle, and I joined Marineland Boating Center in August 2025 as a Parts Sales Associate, where I help customers find exactly what they need to keep their boats ready for the water. I’m a proud father to three wonderful daughters. I’m originally from Henderson, Texas, deep in the piney woods of East Texas, but I’ve called Waco home for the past three years—and I’ve loved every minute of it. My hobbies include picking and grinning on my guitar, songwriting, diving into Bible study, and spending quality time with my daughters.

Hi, my name is Randy, and I’ve been part of the Marineland Boating Center team for fmore than five years. I work as a service technician, providing service and support for customers—whether they bring in their own vessels or purchase one from us. I’m hands-on with product installations, boat repairs, maintenance, and product testing, making sure every boat that leaves here is ready for the water.
My favorite part of the job is fixing boats. At Marineland, every day brings a new challenge—unique repairs, tricky problems, and unexpected errors. I love digging in, getting to the root of the issue, and finding solutions that get our customers back on the water.
Outside of work, you’ll find me fishing, hunting, or in the shop working on woodworking projects. Give me the great outdoors over being indoors any day of the week!

Hi, my name is Hayden, and I’ve been part of the Marineland Boating Center family for more than a year. I do a little bit of everything here—from working on boats that need service, to rigging new units and getting them ready for sale, to helping customers at the parts counter find exactly what they need. If it’s on the mechanical side of boating, chances are I’ve had my hands on it.
My favorite part of working at Marineland is the people—we have a great crew, and we always manage to have a good time while getting the job done.
Boating is more than just my job—it’s my passion. My dad and I both have boats we share and use all the time: he’s got a NauticStar and a couple of Jon boats, and I’ve got my own Jon boat too. We spend as much time as we can out on the water fishing, tubing, kneeboarding, and doing just about anything else you can do on the lake.

My favorite part of working at Marineland is the people. I’m a big people person, and the friendliness and team spirit here are unmatched. Everyone’s willing to help each other out, and that sense of teamwork makes every day enjoyable.
I’m passionate about anything outdoors—hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and more. I also have a variety of other hobbies, including custom wood engraving, tattoo design, restoring antique guns, building ARs, and studying my genealogy to trace my family’s history.
