I was about to fish a tournament in Somerville Saturday morning when the boat experienced electrical issues. After checking everything I could think of the decision was made to take it to Marineland since it was under warranty. I was expecting to have to leave it and I live 90 miles away. TJ fixed it in 5 minutes which not only saved me a 180 mile round trip, it also saved the day. While we were not able to fish the tournament, we did get to fish a lake on the way home that I had been wanting to go to.

They made it so easy and now I'm in my first ever new boat .

As a first time boat buyer I was really apprehensive on how the process of buying a boat would play out. I did my research on line and finally narrowed it down to a Yamaha SX195 or 195S. Marineland was my local Yamaha Dealer so I decided to take a drive their to look around. I met Allan what a breath of fresh air such a down to earth guy. I explained to him that I was a first time boat buyer looking at the Yamaha SX195 or 195S. He took me under his wing and started to educate me about the process of being a boat owner. He never tried to pressure me into anything I didn't need and he bent over backwards to see that I was really comfortable in the process. Finally decided on the 195S and in less than a week I was the proud new owner of a Yamaha 195S. I look forward to have Marineland and Allan in my boating experience for years to come.

I have been around boats for just a few years, mostly with my parents fishing boat which consists of an outboard engine. Have always wanted my own boat for tubing, cruising, and family outings. I have looked at several brands of boats and did some comparisons. In the end we came to select a 2020 Yamaha SX195. This boat has everything we wanted and much more as well for a great price. I purchased a used boat and was apprehensive BUT this place is great. They have already done testing (compression, running functional, etc) BEFORE they put it out there to sell. Allan was great in explain ing everything and helping you to understand all that is going on. When I put my Lowe boat on the lake it performed better than I expected. Marineland Management,I own a 2110 NauticStar, a 2010 model which I did not purchase from your establishment. It came with a fixed grab bar that would not fit in my garage. I contacted Mark at Marineland for help in acquiring a fold down grab bar that comes on the newer boats. I cannot say enough kind words about his courteousness and professionalism in contacting the factory and acquiring a new garb bar for me. He was very helpful in acquiring some parts that did not come with the original shipment as well. I am very thankful for his handling the order expeditiously as I had a planned fishing coming soon. Bought a new boat in Feb.2016 and it really performs well however I had a small electrical problem with the navigation lights. Thanks to the good folks at Marineland including Steve, Melinda and esp. Great Service and Follow Through As first-time boat buyers, we had more than the usual number of questions and concerns. The staff at Marineland Boating Center went out of their way to make our buying experience smooth and easy. During the whole process there were only two real surprises. First, our boat from Marineland is the first big ticket item I can ever remember buying including motor vehicles, houses, and business equipment where there were no costly last minute add ons or surprises. I've gotten so used to car dealerships making the process miserable that I was genuinely surprised by the complete lack of drama in buying our boat at Marineland. Second, on the day of delivery we discovered that the trailer hitch on my small imported SUV, installed by a company outside of Waco, was too low to handle the boat trailer. The staff at Marineland went out of their way to install a secure solution quickly, so I could promptly leave with our new boat. An employee even went home to get special tools from his own garage to help us fix the problem. Thanks to their efforts, we enjoyed our new boat in the water the day it was promised. My motor is so quiet that I can't tell when its running. My comment to Yamaha was that they needed to add a dash light of some sort to let me know when it was running!
